first words on the left of love and garbage by Ivan Klíma

1.

By       City

Hospital

dustbins

before no drops penetrated

and

I climbed throats

 ‘They’d

camp

  alive

on  soul

‘Nonsense

            listener

                        ‘Don’t

she noticed

                        time had windows

didn’t

age

2.

The midday rivers

Now sick together

I           internally

picture            a people’s torture

luckily silent

his wife

turrets

 ‘What

My fatal order

her

Nach

one

               others

spotlessly        rebel

from    You

Now miles away

3.

Heroes arrive

again

just a little

trying or

of Lída the clarinettist

They also had feeling

She does more

Yet

            that hood

4.

I’d write

            ‘I’ve put on

A  good humiliating

at least

I

with

The shit walls

not       I

‘That’s

the real prison

5.

Then then annoyed

she assisted

tell only

The

infinite
